It is well worth the time to get your home into tip-top condition, especially in today’s competitive property market.

In Australia, not all states experience the same property trend at the same time. In addition, there can be conflicting reports and stats in the media about the housing market.

If a property is presented well, priced and marketed correctly, it can still attract a great price in a relatively short period of time.

In Perth, for example, on average in 2017 an average time a house spends on the market is 68 days with over 14,000 houses on the market (Reiwa 2017). But these statistics don’t mean you will be one of them!

Presentation of your home is of the utmost importance when your selling, and taking the time to prepare your home for sale, you increase the odds of selling it quicker and for top dollar.
